Unfortunately there is no other way to solve this problem except reporting to support@nimbuzz.com. There are many of users that having the same problem as yours, but until right now, we were still doesn’t have the problem solver yet. So, I think by reporting the support@nimbuzz.com would be the best way at the moment.

Neither admin nor moderators are having any authorization to destroying a room. An Owner room is the only one that having it's authorization. You may Contact support nimbuzz by sending an email directly to Support@nimbuzz.com. Just write down the detail of your problem, and they will replay shortly.

Hope they can fix such kind of its problem as soon as possible.
